Orders are shipped within one business day.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following working day.

Enjoy free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $100 NZD, and international orders over $250 NZD.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@lucyking.co.nz.
For lost parcels, claims must be made within 14 days of dispatch.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include two photos of each of the following:

• The damaged item(s)
• The inner packaging
• The outer packaging

LucyKing Limited is not liable for any customs-related fees. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid charges, it will be abandoned at destination.
