SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped within one business day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Mondays.

Delivery is free of charge for all New Zealand orders over $100 and International orders over $250.

All claims for damage must be received via email (hello@lucyking.co.nz) within 7 days of delivery and all claims for loss within 14 days of dispatch.

If you're making a claim for a damaged item, please ensure you include two photos of each of the following: damaged contents, inner packaging and outer packaging so that we can make a claim with the relevant freight company.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The receiver is responsible for paying any customs duties and fees applied. Under no circumstance will LucyKing Limited be liable for any of these charges. If the charges of a held shipment are refused the shipment will be abandoned at destination.
