Our 30-Day Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your LucyKing purchase - but if it’s not quite right, you’ve got 30 days to return it for a full refund. No questions asked.

If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we will provide a store credit instead.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note:

To complete your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift vouchers are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Jewellery purchases are also covered by our Jewellery Warranty.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Refunds cover the value of the returned items only - shipping costs are non-refundable.
