RETURNS POLICY

We are so confident you'll love your purchase from us that we offer a 14-Day no questions asked money back guarantee. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, we can provide a refund as store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following goods are exempt from being returned:

* Gift vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To receive a refund, simply return the goods to us. Upon receipt of your returned items, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To organise an exchange please email us in the first instance at hello@lucyking.co.nz detailing your situation so that we may resolve it as quickly as possible.

To return your items, you should mail them to: LucyKing, 10/50 Buckingham Street, Arrowtown, 9302, New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is a result of our error e.g. wrong goods, damaged in transit or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
