Store + Operations Manager | Arrowtown

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join LucyKing, a home fragrance brand with a beautiful store and production studio in Arrowtown.

We’re looking for a Store + Operations Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and help us continue building something special.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working efficiently, and taking pride in a well-run store and workspace.

What you’ll do:

– Lead the day-to-day running of our Arrowtown store
– Plan and manage production schedules and stock levels
– Ensure smooth fulfilment of online and wholesale orders
– Guide and support a small, friendly team
– Manufacture our full range of home fragrance products
– Assist with creating social media content (preferred)

How you work:

– You take ownership of your environment and naturally stay on top of things
– You are organised and able to keep work flowing, even during busy periods
– You prioritise effectively and focus on what matters most
– You maintain a high standard across both the store and workshop
– You are comfortable working independently and making decisions

What we’re looking for:

– Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
– Confident managing both people and workload independently
– Strong ability to plan ahead and keep things running smoothly
– A natural people-person with strong communication skills
– Experience in retail, operations, or team management (preferred)
– Comfortable using digital tools (Shopify, Google Drive, Instagram preferred)
– Enthusiastic about the LucyKing brand and excited to be part of a growing business

Retail + Production Assistant | Arrowtown

We’re looking for a Retail + Production Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This is a full-time position based in our Arrowtown store.

The role involves manufacturing our full range of home fragrance products, processing wholesale and online orders, and serving customers in-store.

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

What we’re looking for:

– A friendly, engaging people-person
– Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
– Takes initiative and enjoys staying organised
– Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
