About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Retail Assistant to join our small, dynamic team. This role is based in our Arrowtown store and involves a mix of retail and hands-on production work.

Hours

Tuesday to Saturday, 9am–5pm.
Your regular days off will be Sunday and Monday, but there’s some flexibility when needed for things like birthdays, weddings, or holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers in our Arrowtown store
• Helping manufacture our full range of home fragrance products
• Packing and processing wholesale and online orders
• Contributing to social media content and creative ideas

What We’re Looking For

Experience is great but not essential - full training will be provided.

More importantly, we’re after someone who is:

• An enthusiastic people-person who loves engaging with customers
• Self-motivated with great attention to detail
• Positive, proactive, and keen to learn
