JEWELLERY WARRANTY

Our Six-Month Jewellery Warranty

We take great care in the craftsmanship of our jewellery and are confident in the quality of every LucyKing piece.

All LucyKing jewellery is covered by a six-month (183 day) warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults under normal conditions of wear.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed within this period, we will repair the item or offer a replacement of the same style, at our discretion.
We do not offer exchanges for alternative styles under warranty.

If you have any concerns about your jewellery, please email photos of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase to hello@lucyking.co.nz, and our team will be happy to assist.

Please do not attempt to repair an item yourself, as this may affect our ability to help further.


Pearls & delicate materials

Freshwater pearls are a natural, organic material and are softer by nature than gemstones or metals. This is part of their beauty - and also means they benefit from a little extra care.

With regular wear, pearls may naturally show signs of wear over time, including surface abrasion or loosening. This is considered normal behaviour for pearls and does not indicate a fault with the piece.

To help your pearl jewellery last as long as possible, we recommend avoiding impact or friction, removing pieces before swimming, exercising or sleeping, and storing them carefully when not in use. Periodic maintenance, such as restringing, can also help extend the life of your piece.


Repairs & ongoing care

If your jewellery requires maintenance or repair we offer a repair or restringing service. Any costs will be discussed and quoted prior to work being carried out. Please email photos of the item along with details of the repairs needed to hello@lucyking.co.nz, and our team will be happy to assist.
